Hi everyone! I took my 6 month old puppy to the vet today and he's weighing in at 10.8/11 lbs. He squirmed a lot on the scale so the exact weight was not possible to get. I've read average weight is 6-8 lbs so this worried me that maybe the breeder lied and he's not 100% yorkie. The vet said she could still feel his ribs so he's not overweight. He is not neutered (yet) and he eats Wellness puppy food.

I've always had large breed dogs so he still looks tiny to me! I love him dearly and I'm actually a little relieved. He's a happy, healthy boy but growing out of his bed and carrier!

Any ideas of how big he'll get?? Does anyone else have any above average sized yorkies?
