The terra cotta pots seem to required more frequent watering than plastic since the pot absorbs water. When repotting into terra cotta I usually soak the pot in water for a couple of hours so it doesn't pull all the moisture from the soil.

Well you'll know once they get a little bigger. I've been watering them about twice a day. They are in the shade. And this morning it's actually a LOT cooler than it's been. And guess what? They look limp again. GRRRR! Surprisingly, it's the thai chile plant that's limp now. At first that was the only one that wasn't. The red shiso has gone limp and back a few times already, so I hope it comes back. I really hope they come back bc since I potted them I don't know if I'd be able to return them.
