I do not vacuum seal my dog food, but I don't see any reason why you couldn't. My parents have an attachment that vacuum seals jars. If I were going to keep dog food like that, I would likely invest in one of those attachments and keep the dog food sealed in a jar. But, I don't see any reason why the bags wouldn't work too.
