Revolution does not cover for the tick that causes lyme disease. We use Frontline Plus, but some southerners have reported that it's not worked for them. Some here in the northeast are complaining of the same and are moving toward Advantix II or Vectra D. I feel that Fronline Plus has worked for us for so long and see no reason to change.
