 I'm back!
After loosing my angel-Seary in May, we finally decided to get a new yorkie to love. And boy did he show up in full swing! We went with a little boy, I just couldn't bring myself to get another girl. We got him last Friday and last night I had my first breakdown with him-his belly smells the same as Seary's did. I remember sitting with her after she passed just trying to keep her smell in my memory. And last night I was giving our new guy kisses and this wonderful smell that I remembered instantly just hit me and I found myself in tears. Well I don't mean to make this a sad post, but it was very bittersweet. Anyway, he is both a total joy and terror to our little maltese. His name is Lyric and I am trying to figure out how to make his pictures small enough to post. But I am so glad to be back. Just reading through posts reminded me of how much I loved this site. You all were so great when I lost my Seary and I'm excited to start sharing new posts of baby stories. Thank you all... |
