Celebrity gossip is my guilty pleasure and I have never heard Madonna had a dog. Then again, I have never seen these pictures of Madonna holding a dog. Still, I think if this story were true, it would have followed her forever. I think it would have come up when there was scandal surrounding her adoption of her youngest child.
