Laundry is very stressful in our house. I have a standard top loader that goes off balance occasionally and doesn't stop. Max thinks he is in charge of protecting us from the evil monster and alerts us to every change in cycle. Teddy knows we do not want Max doing this, so he gets really stressed out.
I want to buy one of the newer front loading designs, but my brother warned me that the spin cycle you are talking about might get Max going.
