I'm relieved for you and Chibi that it is not ringworm. A couple years ago, Max had some weird blackish spots on his undercarriage that were a skin infection. I believe it may have been an allergic reaction to Bermuda grass. Antibiotics cleared him up, and we stay off the Bermuda now.
