My girls love strawberries, watermelon, blueberries, peaches, pineapple and bananas as well as almost any vegetablej. They are particularly fond of the dehydrated mix I make for me to nibble on as a healthy snack. I dehydrate green beans, baby carrots, edamame, okra to name a few.
Lollie, Lacie, and Spicy don't have any food issues or weight problems so we don't worry about feeding healthy snacks and treats. |
