Hi, licking when you come out of shower. all my dogs did that, from puppies to the day they passed away. They all seemed to like the water dripping down the legs. Digging in her water bowl, so cute, she's teasing you. You say she looks at you, then digs, it's all for the attention she'll get from you, just teasing you. Feet licking I never permitted, when they did I would tell them "no licking", you have to be consistent with that command, every time she starts to lick your feet, give her the command, she will stop, it's up to you to be consistent. The biting, like barneysmommmy wrote, they are just cute puppy antics and teething, tell her "no biting" then give her a chew toy. She's just a baby, you have to teach her what's acceptable and what is not. Good luck
