This might get lengthy but I am sooo....excited that I have to tell someone about it. Snickers is sleeping with my DH and I!! This has only happened since we have been traveling in our RV. At home Snickers sleeps in her Xpen and carrier. But while in the RV we don't have room for all that. We have a soft framed carrier that folds up for easy storage and we set that next to our bed. We were thinking that she'd just sleep in it and it'd be close to us so we could hear her during the night. But the next thing we knew she'd jumped up onto the bed and made herself at home. I was just thrilled because I'd wanted her to sleep with us for some time anyway but DH had been against it. Anyway, there she was, all curled up and snuggling up to the both of us. It was truly like a number of you had said, that they'll move when you move, and she did!! I slept lightly the first couple of nights, worrying that she'd have an accident but when she had to go she just got down via the carrier, did her business and came back up. Now it's like she has always slept with us from the start. I just don't know if my DH will allow it to continue once we get home. Anyway, that's my story. It may not be much to a lot of you but it's a giant step for us.
