Do you happen to have nutrical on hand? Since she's so small(how big is she?) If she's not eating you need to give her some to make sure she doesn't get hypoglycemia. Karo syrup will work in a pinch. I would take her to a vet if you haven't already...did the vet say anything on the initial visit for her wellness checkup? Please keep watch of your 3 year old with the puppy at all times and if you can't place her in her pen/crate. I only say this because children that age are still perfecting their motor skills and are a bit clumsy(i have a 5 year old ). Welcome to YT! I hope your baby feels better and you post pics!
