I used the Cesar wet a while back just to add some to her dry food. She is not a big fan of the dry so I wanted to add something to it just to add flavor. I knew Cesar wasn't a high quality food, but she liked it and ate all of her food. On the second day she threw up all of her food and had diarrhea. I spotted feeding that to her and she is fine now.
As far as the head bobbing, I would call a vet to see what they say.
