This was also my first thought. I did not think of a sting or a splinter though.. hmm. I will have the vet look for that also. I have never head of a sand spur. I am not sure if we have them here. We do have sand.. beaches. The thing is though, he runs SO FAST. I did not know Yorkies could run like this dog runs. I never had one before and have never seen one run like that. I would think if he had any kind of injury he would not be running laps around me lol. He is so nuts! I just love him! Thanks for the suggestion though I really appreciate it and will have the vet look closely at his feet.
