Now having her on a schedule is fine too, the bell should be for emergencies then, you know yourself sometimes you just have to go sometimes. I plan on bell training soon as she gets past her puppy shots/immunity time and can go outside. Your still in the early training so it should be cake to clarify the bell is for potty. Puppies are smarter then their owners most times and can do more then the owners think the are capable of, so the limiting factor most times is the owner.


Thanks for the advise. I will have to work on making it "pure business." I make sure the backyard if for play and front yard is for potty, but I will have to make sure she knows that too!
