Ummm, I've only been doing it for a very short while so my I don't really have a horn to toot, I'm grateful that where I do work everyone collectively trys, and is often successful, in finding lost pups families....I'm also grateful that the folks I work with, that like you have a ton of experience, haven't lost their passion and that none of them have lost sight of what its really all about, getting the pups home, to the families who love them and getting the others placed in suitable, loving homes. At the end of the day, that's all that counts.
I decided to work at this shelter because the person who found my pup and the shelter themselves did everything they could to locate my lost pups family, I was so grateful that she was found I felt I had to do something to pay it forward...
