This is heartbreaking, Thank YOU Meagansmomma for refusing to back down, I think each of us can only dare to dread this happening to our babies.
I've been there and it was a horrible experience. Imagine being out looking for your pup, searching night and day only your pup is safe in someone else's home because they decided they wanted to keep it..........horrifying.
That pup doesn't look matted, neglected, abused, starving or anything BUT SCARED.
