 How do you keep a dog outside all day and then yell at the dog for barking!!!!!
I have been hearing barking from my neighbors yard ALL DAY.. and all my neighbor does is tell the dog to shut up because he's pissing him off! Omg. Maybe take your dog inside instead of keeping him tied in the yard!!!!!! |
