! I'm so glad you found us and I hope you look around and find some good stuff that will help you in caring for your new kiddo. And can I say - BLESS your big hearts for taking her in and taking such beautiful care of her - thank you thank you thank you. Stray dogs often go un-caught and just keep wandering, making them worse off every day they're on their own. She is so lucky to have found you!!
Btw, you did an awesome job of trying to find her owner - that's basically what I do too when I find a stray - call the shelter, do CraigsList, put up posters etcetera.
It sounds like you and your wife have been adopted
