i'm not really sure,

but when my yorkie first went into heat, i learned the hard way that those cute little panties would come off way to easily and my male and female got stuck together.

But her nipples and vulva were very swollen and enlarged, but i think it was because she was in heat.

How long has she been in heat? you might want to put this in the breeders section. im sorry if i'm no help.
