Have you reached out to any political representatives in the area? this is just so freaking wrong Mike, I saw Lucy when it first happened, and I don't judge people but that guy was either drugged up or absolutely mentally deranged, I have thought of it every day and I can't believe how nonchalant this is being handled by the people who are solely responsible for such. This is unacceptable service, to say the least.
