We have a male Yorkie and this is EXACTLY what is happening to us. We had him pretty much potty trained, well all of a sudden he is peeing on our hardwood floors. He will ask us to potty outside so we take him and no more than 30 mins later he pee on the floor. We can't ever get him to poop outside (personally I think it's because he is on his leash). My husband and I really don't know what to do at this point. Our Yorkie seems to think he can pee wherever he pleases now. He's a year and a half old btw..
