My girl's ears were up when she was 3 months old but then with teething they flopped. She is now 7 months and she has one ear that stays up most of the time and one that is at 3/4 mast. I keep the hair shaved off the top half of the ear and very short on the remainder. I have not taped them but wonder if it is too late to try. What are your experiences and thoughts on this matter. Thanks for your help!
