I couldn't read the story - but the headline said all I could stand to know for now. Nothing they do to punish this guy is ever going to be enough - I just know it. He's worse than a ghoul and monster and has lost(if he ever had) his sense of empathy and no longer feels the pain or suffering of other living things so society and innocent animals are unsafe around him. I hope they give him house arrest for the rest of his days and prevent him from ever having the care or custody of any more animals, birds, reptiles or fish of any kind for his remaining days.
