My Barney is the same way. He has a tall, thin build. Like your Max, his features are all pretty tiny. But he finally grew into his legs and I love his look. He can run and jump like a little deer. He is almost 12 inches tall. He weighs around 5.5- 6 pounds depending on the time of day. I am wanting to buy a little basketball goal and teach him how to put the ball through the hoop. With that height, he'd be awesome
