! CONGRATS on your new precious babies. I am super close to you - I live close the Phx/Tempe border.

I neutered my 2 males around 8mths old, but many people do it a bit earlier. As far as being full grown, most yorkies stop growing around 6 mths old, but may still "fill in" as time goes on.
