It's not a bad supplement - I especially like the ingredients I bolded bc "green foods" are very good for both us and pets. The only caveat is to make sure your dog doesn't have allergies to flax/grains, grasses, barley, rice etcetera. I wouldn't worry about small amounts of garlic - in small amounts, it's fine. In large amounts, it's not okay.
