I found a tick on guido about a week ago and a half ago. In my moment of panic tried removing it with tweezers and crushed it with the head stuck in his skin. Took him to the Vet/ER that night and they removed the rest of it. I'm a little concerned he might have gotten Lyme disease from it. He has been extremely lethargic, goes and sleeps in odd places, and seems kind of depressed. I've noticed his appetite isn't the same either. He eats, just not as much. Just been acting very distant and not himself. How long does it take to notice symptoms of Lyme? Would a blood test even detect it that soon? Anyone ever experience this with their babies?
