I agree, don't take their word 100%. I, on the other hand, wanted a much larger yorkie and the breeder said he'd be about 7-8 lbs. Funny thing though, I still wanted him to be
bigger.
Well, Jax is now over 12 lbs and still
growing 
His parents are 3lbs and 4lbs.
