Anyways I made some chicken enchiladas the other night and they were delicious. I just cooked my chicken with onions and green chilis and then I added cream cheese to it until it all melted. Then you put it in the tortilla shells and pour green enchilada sauce over it and then grated cheese they were so good! And easy!
I also have homeade cashew chicken recipe that I have been wanting to share with you guys but keep forgeting so when I get home tonight I will find it and let you know! It is so yummy! |
