I would definitely let your primary vet know about the voice recording and ask again about emergency calls.
None of the vets in my area take calls after hours. We have to go to the emergency room. I don't like that because I am really nervous about allowing a doctor I don't know to treat my dogs. We had to take Max once and thankfully the doctor we got was wonderful. |
I feel the same. Had to take Rosie once but now have my vets cell number.
