I see you have tried the bedtime snack. How many hours are you in bed? It might be that she is still going too long without food.

Teddy was a skinny boy until he was 2 and has a fast metabolism. He threw up in the morning too. I started giving him 5 pieces of kibble at 11 pm and made sure he had breakfast by about 6 am. That cured his problem.

A vitamin in your pup's case would probably make things worse. I have a hyperactive thyroid/fast metabolism and vitamins cause problems for me.
