Her throwing up white foam in the morning doesn't mean she's lacking in vitamins...is it ever accompanied by throw up of yellow bile b4? After they throw up yellow bile, then there's nothing to come out, they will throw up white foam. If this happens always in the am, it can simply mean that she has an empty stomach. Like Ann mentioned, a bedtime snack can fix that.
