I know that during pregnancy you are not allowed in the hot tub because the heat can damage your growing baby. I think it would really depend on the temperature it was set to and then the managment techniques you used (like broming salts vs the more standard chemicals). The idea itself sounds fun, I wish my girl liked water more!
