Embarassed New to forum ... Trinket is 14

I am new to this forum. My 14 year old yorkie is named Trinket, and reaching a point where we have some difficult decisions to make: She has collapsing trachea, hip dysplasia, and several other problems related to age.
She's the most mellow little girl you could imagine, except when the mailman comes.
My husband and I are retired and on fixed income, so can't afford the surgeries that would be required for her conditions, plus at her age the vet thinks the surgery and recovery would be worse and more painful than her current condition, so we are taking things with her one day at a time.
She is taking hydroxyzine, hydrocodone, tramadol, skin spray, eye drops, fish oil, and other things as needed.
For all this, put some salmon in her dish, and she runs like a puppy to get it.
Having a hard time thinking about what we might need to do.
