That has got to be one of the most heart wrenching visuals I have seen! I am so glad this guy is charged with Animal Cruelty! I can't even imagine what goes on in the inside of some-one who could do this to their dog!
I wish we had a National Registry of Animal Abusers! I do wonder what was "truly" the issue with the GSD? Needed to much exercise? Barked too much. I think everyone should have to pass a psychological readiness test to own any dog
