I do not believe you. You either are not telling the truth with the symptoms he is having or you did not call another vet and or you didn't explain the symptoms to the vet. I feel so bad for your dog right now. I think not getting medical care for a dog that is obviously showing signs of being poisoned from the chemical should be animal abuse!
