Yeah, it's good to have a puppy policy for their initial exams and shots, etc. I did feel like they really up the charges and procedures required to rack up the bill. I am getting a new puppy in July and I am just going to use my regular vet. When I did the Banfield I only did it for one year which was just long enough to get the shots and checkups required for a puppy then cancelled the contract. If you use it like that it's probably not too bad. I wouldn't do it again.
