If it was my dog they woud have been to Vet the same day this happened. Not waiting for day's and watching him supposedly reverse sneeze,turning in circles, vomiting and having foam coming out his nose and trying to breath, IF all these issues don't seem to be a concern to your Vet then I would certainly find another Vet that has best interest in my pet.
I also most certainly would not sit and see all this happen, they would be at the Vet.
But hey it's your dog !!
