i got mine at petsmart for 29.99 on sale. I love it it is a Companion Roads pet fashions Boutique Collection. It zips on top then has a button hook on it also after its zipped. got short or long handles has two screens on each end and you can put this flap over it or roll it up and i just love it i take my yorkie cocoa and megan in it.
