You could try Firefox, that's what I use.
Do me a favor though - are you trying to upload more than 1 picture when you're trying? Lately, I too have had a few problems uploading (then it went away) -- but it was ONLY when I was trying to upload more than 1 picture. So, go to the test forum and see what happens when you just upload 1 - does it still not work?
