Dudley is probably nauseous because he may not be able to filter out the poisons in his system. Cerenia would probably help him, and there is also an appetite stimulant, but treating the cause is more likely a better long term solution.
You and Dudley will be in my prayers. Normally I'd say to try to give him anything that he can safely handle, but his liver and kidney issues probably affect what is safe for Dudley to eat.
