Thanks for the update. I am praying that you soon get to the bottom of this. I would probably take her for a second opinion as you suggested in your first post. From what you've stated, it sounds like your vet is not listening to your concerns. Maybe I'm spoiled, but if I described those symptoms (lethargic, head bobbing, falling) to my vet, he would tell me to get my pup there that day. Praying that all turns out ok.
