Your pup needs to be seen by your vet! An orthopedic specialist may be needed but you can start with your vet.
I see that you read that you should not give Advil or any other non steroidal anti inflammatories...let me repeat that so that all will see...over the counter meds such as Advil and Motrin will KILL a dog. Do not ever give them!! Matter of fact, you should not give her anything for pain that is not prescribed by a vet.
This could be luxating patella that is flaring in which case she would be prescribed meds (Metacam and Rimadyl which are anti inflammatories for dogs are usually prescribed by vets) and put on crate rest, or it could be a torn CCL as pstinard mentioned. Could even be a fracture although that hopefully is less likely. No matter what, she needs to see a vet asap!!
