We grabbed her and placed her the bed and massaged her legs and she started to walk with A LOT of caution. She was no longer able to go up 3 steps after going outside. But little by little it got better and was back to her old self.

Yesterday evening, she got up, went outside with my dad and sat next to him. A bike passed by and she ran like always after the bike and all if the sudden she squealed really loud and came back limping. Now she walks with her left rear right leg curled up.

I think she might up pulled a muscle. Anyone else experienced this? Any tips? Any home mess I can give? I read that I can not give Advil or ibuprofen.
There are several things that this could be, but a CCL injury or tear comes first to mind. That's a serious injury that can lead to permanent arthritis down the line if left untreated. You should definitely see a vet, and try to get a referral to an orthopedic specialist to get to the bottom of this. There are no home treatments that are safe. The vet will probably be able to prescribe a pain killer like Metacam to relieve the pain until they can get to the bottom of what's going on.
