Default Rear Right Leg Limp

Hello, good morning all. I have not posted here in such a long time. About 3 weeks ago my Yorkie Chanel a 9.4lbs, was walking behind my dad and she squealed and we noticed she fell sideways on her rear legs. We grabbed her and placed her the bed and massaged her legs and she started to walk with A LOT of caution. She was no longer able to go up 3 steps after going outside. But little by little it got better and was back to her old self.

Yesterday evening, she got up, went outside with my dad and sat next to him. A bike passed by and she ran like always after the bike and all if the sudden she squealed really loud and came back limping. Now she walks with her left rear right leg curled up.

I think she might up pulled a muscle. Anyone else experienced this? Any tips? Any home mess I can give? I read that I can not give Advil or ibuprofen.
