A prospect -- very exciting!!
I trained Teddy to pads when he was 8 months old. He had been 100% outdoor trained.
Following Max's lead helped. Teddy took to peeing on the pads right away. Pooping was another story. He really did not want to do that in the house. I had to pen him when he was desperate to go. I felt cruel because he really wanted to go outside to do it 'right.' After he finally went on the pad, I jumped up and down praising him and gave him a big treat. After that, he was fine.
