 Ways to cool your pups....
So...this is the first really hot weekend here(currently 83) and my AC sucks to the point where it's not even worth the electric bill to turn it on. I've already shaved Prince, but Ricky is in full coat and he is panting up a storm and I am starting to feel guilty. I put a fan out for them to lay in front of...I made sure they've got cold water to sip on.....what else can I do to cool them down??
I am thinking about giving Ricky a summer cut....but it's taken me a year to grow out his big, beautiful coat and I'd hate to see it go. On the other hand, he's not a show dog....so having him in a full coat is not necessary...I just like
it.
