Just what can strangers do -- through an internet discussion board -- for someone else's dog that has an ear infection? All we can do is to try and help you find a vet, which several here have done.
You are the only one that can do something directly for your pup -- take her to the vet -- so I hope you have already done that so that her painful ear infection is being treated.
