Agreed! A 5 week old puppy is not ready to leave mom and litter yet. The Yorkie mother club recommends Yorkie puppies stay with mom and litter mates until at least 12 weeks of age. Not your fault, but the breeder should have known better. Try KJC's recommendation and please seek vet assistance ASAP on how to take care of such a young puppy.
